This week’s  Five minute Friday prompt word is Your. You can join in the fun here: https://fiveminutefriday.com  As a writing community we write for 5 minutes(ish) no perfection or edits, the words just flow. #fiveminuteFriday

I am finding it tough at the moment to find the quiet. I am back in the office twice a week, school has returned and so has hubby back to work. Although life still isn’t “normal”, it does feel busy and exhausting after months of lockdown and restrictions.

The choice for me this Saturday was, do I skip another week of five minute Friday because my brain is too mush to think or do I just find 5 minutes for space and see what happens.

Start:

Life is full of choices for everyone. Some choices may feel pushed as they can be affected by another person’s choice. The choice how we react to other’s decisions is ours. We can become victims or chose forgiveness, freedom and peace however tough.

Other choices are simply “yes or no” with hindsight being a wonderful thing.

But one thing I encourage you to explore today in this messed up, confusing exhausting world is; do you love Jesus, except Jesus as the son of God and live for him?

The answer to this question is your choice.

But if your answer is yes it is the best choice you will ever make.

You may be sceptical, or certain. But if you haven’t met Jesus yet, find out more about him today. Jesus puts us back on the right path when we get our choices wrong.

If you don’t know Jesus yet and want to know him more but dont know where to start drop a comment below and myself or others can point you in the right direction.

Stop.

Have a blessed weekend everyone

  1. “Normality” has been somewhat exhausting hasn’t it? After months of lockdown and no activity. ” Jesus puts us back on the right path when we get our choices wrong” – indeed! Very grateful that He does. Great post x
